RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations will be made through the booking form, by phone and via e-mail.

The reservation form involves the booking of a single room. In case you want to book an extra room, you will have to complete the booking form again.

To confirm the reservation, you will have to prepay to our hotel bank account.

All the booking amount for (1) one day reservation (1/3) One third of the total amount of the reservation, for (2) two days and over

*It is necessary to declare the name of the applicant, to be able to confirm the reservation

The booking confirmation will be via e-mail or telephone, where the dates of arrival and departure, the deposit amount and the name of the applicant will be verified.

Please keep a copy of the reservation and the receipt of the deposit to our bank account, to show us upon your arrival at the hotel.

In case you have not been informed for the confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours, please contact us.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations, in case of no valid credit card or no deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us by phone or via e-mail.

 If your cancellation is made 10 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be returned in full.

If you do not show the date of your arrival, the deposit will not be returned.

If you leave earlier than the agreed departure date, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

The cancellation policy is always valid without exception.

ARRIVAL TIME : 14:00 DEPARTURE TIME : 12:00

If you arrive earlier than 14:00 and your room is ready, you can check in.

The day of you arrival is considered as a whole to the rent, regardless of the time of your arrival at the hotel.

In case you want to leave on your departure date after 12:00 and until 18:00 you are obliged to pay half of the rent for that day.

In case you want to leave on you departure date after 18:00 you are obliged to pay the entire rent for that day.

GENERAL

The billing and payment of the accommodation and services are made in Euro.

Visa, MasterCard and Maestros credit cards are accepted.

Parking for customers is FREE of charge..

Pets are not allowed.
